I know we can’t go much further than our front doors at the moment, so I hope that these photo walks are a welcome change from all the doom and gloom. Stay safe people! Much love and peace x

  1. I was in Amsterdam in 1971, so it’s probably a lot different now. We were only there a couple of days before we were off on our tour through Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France with a hop over to London for a day or so.

      1. I would like to visit Switzerland again and to go to Austria. I actually used some of my experience in Switzerland in my novel. I never dreamed when I was actually there that I would even write a novel let alone be able to use part of my trip in it.

          1. No, it is actually about my main character Beth who experiences several tragedies throughout the first part of her life and how she deals with them through her faith in Christ. But I have her travel to Switzerland after one of them to try to get her equilibrium back before she begins a new stage in her life. I was also able to use some description I recorded as I flew from Ontario to Alberta a number of years ago, the things I saw and imagined as I watched through the window of the plane. Of course, there are a number of side stories woven in to the main story as well.

      1. My pleasure 🙂
